 People Say some Stupid Chit!

 " I dont understand you"

 I love this one for being classic stupid! Its not hard to understand someone if you can put aside your own thinking and put yourself in their place, look thru their eyes, understanding their views. I might not agree with someone's position but I wont invalidate them for feeling the way that they do. Dont , Cant, are just prep words for the words Wont and Refuse. It's hard work to expand ourselves to encompass someone who is different. I personally believe that it is self serving and narrowmindedness to look at this world thru one set of windows. Some see majestic mountaintops...Some are looking at below sea level conditions and Death Valley. Some see the waves rolling in, some see the concrete jungle. Understanding someone doesnt mean you compromise yourself..It just means you will expand and broaden your limits and capabilities to include an alternate. It is a moment to be inclusive and accepting and more tolerant. Its an oppurtunity to share learn and grow. The next statement is stupid..and I know! I am the one who said it. It shows sometimes the way we compromise what we really need for a temporary quickfix....sometimes how I would rather not confront a deeper issue. Im flawed too..but when i see something i need to address..I will. I will learn and try to grow. " I dont have to have sex to be intimate. I just know its easier for you to fuck me than hold me close to you all night" Yep..People do say some stupid chit! Have a great Memorial Day Weekend everyone. Its a "Staycation" at home for me..Gas Prices and food prices have eat up any "go away for the weekend money". I have plenty of Windex so Im gonna clean some "Windows" and get a Better view of the world.........
