Born into a traditional Old Northern European Catholic and Old Pagan (yes they still exist in Northern Europe) family my parents and grand parents instilled a lot of traditional values (oops that’s a dirty word these days in the age of Political Correctness) into me such as Family, Pride, Honor, Respect, Honesty, Keeping Ones Vows, Commitment, Hard Work and Love along with a good dose of healthy libido all in context of a committed adult relationship. In Northern Europe people tend to follow the example of the Wolves they mate for life and carry that commitment to one another into eternity and beyond. My parents enjoyed a 47 year Love filled Passionate Marriage my Grand Parents 67. Another part of me is spirit of the 1960s, I’m a hippie at heart, liberal in politics, growing up among five older brothers and sisters who were children of the 1960s from tye died Hippie Free Love Flower Power Child to battered and brused Radical Anti-War Peace Activists my brothers and sisters ran the gambit of what was the 1960s and the spirit of that age still finds home in me still I am a curious bending of the two. Both Traditional Values and Hippie in personality, character and the way I conduct myself today in 2006 at the age of 39. I can get get “Wild and Crazy” at a Burning Man or Rainbow Tribe Gathering and still look sharp in a conservative suit and tie. Yet I lean to Left of Center in Politics. Conservative in way I view relationships and commitment yet what really matters is Love and where there is Love there can be compromise. I am a natural born Gothic, no I don’t wear black make up..lol but I gravitate towards the dark in all things. Prefer foggy misty moors over bright sunny beaches. Candlelight over light blubs I’m a night person fully energized in moonlight. Few close deep friends instead of life of the party. In the words of that most famous goth the fictional Count Dracula “Ah creatures of the night, what beautiful music they make.” Though goth I still love bright sunny days. Terms Friends have called me. “Sweet” “Pefect Gentlemen” “Knight in Shining Black Armor” “Wicked Outlaw” and “Lord and Master” Yet the most often Words used . “Very Old Soul.” “I can’t believe your just (insert any age) you seem much older!” Through out my life
