| My ex-husbands brother brutally murdered and rape a woman when he was 15yrs old. He was only charged with manslaughter. Therefore, he was only sentenced to 5yrs in prison, and only served 3yrs. It aggraviates me that he got away with it, receiving so little time in prison. I feel he should've been sentenced to a lot more than that. So my question is, in cases like that, should a minor be eligible for the death penalty? |
