I am really amazed by the inner (hidden) power of the natal dragon tail and I am asking every one of you to be very aware of its location in your chart because the more I pay attention to the news the more I notice its incredible pull. I am sure many of you recall this story that took place September 28 at the Phoenix International airport with a lady named Carol Ann Gotbaum. Police have said she apparently strangled herself as she tried to maneuver her way out of handcuffs that were secured behind her back.

The only reference I had to work with is the year Carol Ann was born and she was 45-year-old. I had a suspicion that Uranus (sudden release of energy) could be responsible to such a “sudden death”. I fired my computer and checked on the location of her natal Dragon’s Tail and as expected born in 1962 she inherited a Dragon Tail (negative) in the sign of Aquarius. This sign rules aeronautics, airport, video cameras, New Age, UFO, and of course shocking, unusual happening and sudden death.
She was, like Princess Diana, Steve Irwin (the crocodile hunter) born with the same Dragon Tail “ET VOILA”. The fact is there and of course the police (like 99% of the world’s population has NO clue of what the Dragon is all about or how the “Universal Code” operate on a personal or Universal level.
Gotbaum, who was flying through Phoenix on her way to Tucson, became angry when she was denied access to her flight and argued with a gate attendant, police said. According to the police statement, Gotbaum "became agitated and loud" and threw her hand-held PDA, which shattered after narrowly missing a person. Note; this Dragon Tail is well know by any of my many Astropsycholog y students to actually bring about a serious and ECXENTRIC even ERRACTIC” attitude to his owner. Just remember all negative traits associated with Aquarius (especially on the Dragon’s Tail) is surprising and shocking. Because Carol Ann had "personal issues," she and on her way to check into an alcohol treatment center and I can guarantee you that she was taking medications and like my departed friend David (who had the same Dragon) she probably died of an heart attack.

Note again that Carol Ann was born with a Leo (the heart) Dragon’s Head and the Dragon can be either positive or negative in his will. Police spokesman Sgt. Andy Hill told reporters Thursday there were indications that alcohol may have played a role in the incident, although toxicology tests administered during the autopsy would determine that. Results of such tests typically take several weeks. Thus who is responsible? The cops? The Airport, the psychologists or whom ever poisoned her with lethal drugs over the years? I say ALL OF THEM because none of them possess cosmic consciousness and did not know that Carol Ann Gotbaum was in a Dragons’ Tail environment (the airport) and stirred the worse of her behavior and ultimately her demise.
Thus the Dragon gain much more power in its own “electronic” energy and accentuate the sudden inappropriate behavior expected in a public place. September 28 lunation took place
in Aries which matured in Carol Ann 3rd house (the mind/expressing oneself) and 2 days after the full moon.

In this case I am certain that Carol Ann Gotbaum died of a heart attack due to the stress and the culmination of all the nefarious drugs (legal or not) she was poisoned with over the years and that what suddenly and abruptly (as imposed by her Dragon Tail and Aquarius environment) stopped her heart. Because there is so much money involved and absolutely NO cosmic consciousness logic can only be used in this case where, as usual, the taxpayers will pick the bill.
My book “The Power of The Dragon will also bring some light on the Pluto impact on generation producing this deadly “Death Wish Generation” but how can he learn anything if his teachers have NO clues themselves of the Cosmic Code? Don’t you think its time to invest in the future, in the children’s welfare and real education? But who is to help me? What is really saddening me even more is that billions of dollars have been wrongly invested for centuries in ridiculous religious dogmatic teaching or scientific wasteful researches and here I am with the facts in hand trying hard to bring light to a blind world.

Once my Astropsycholog y schools will be operational, everyone, including all cops, before making any arrest will CHECK on the subject UCI. Knowing more about the Divine will not only save precious lives but also taxpayer’s money. This world is so young, so innocent, and so unaware of the celestial logistics and its penalty to omit the messages. In the future, as imposed by the New Age of Aquarius (the geniuses) children will be taught the full impact of the Universal Code and will make a good use of this wisdom in all areas of their lives.
But for the time being I am just doing my part trying hard to make you pay attention of God’s will though his divine creation and the stars.

Back home in France I was under a nefarious Saturn line and the more I worked the less security or reward I had.
