Dancing Butterflies
The tears I held behind my eyes
Was happiness filled with excitement
And the words I could not speak
Were dancing butterflies
That remained all around me,
As the night acquired my presence
And the stars glowed underneath the moonlight
I was guided around the dance floor
With a relaxed state of mind
And only a smile upon my face,
The energy I embraced
Gave me the determination to thrive...
And the rhythm of the music
Felt like dancing butterflies
Streaming through me,
All distractions were left behind
And all worries crushed and gone...
A feeling of pure pleasure
That distinguished a dynamism
Everyone could feel,
Sheltering arms approached me
While at the same time, we were moving alike
And as we captured every moment
We excelled,
A passion that's always with you
Cannot be taken
And the liveliness and elegant movements
Only increased,
The rhythm of the music
Is what I heard...

Is what I felt...
But similtaneously without any cares
