Please Help!!
I am a single mom trying to take care of her daughter
and her parents. I have been without a steady place to
live for almost six month's. I was even told by
someone I thought was a friend I had to choose a place
to stay or my daughter. I chose my daughter. We have
had a very bad run of luck over the last couple of
years and I have reached my limit. I don't like asking
for help, but I am desperate to get out of where we
are staying now. I had to spend almost $700 of my
trailer money to get the gas turned back on, so we
could have hot water, heat and a way to cook food. We
still do not have a refrigerator and have been with
out the whole time we have been there. We have lost
several pets due to not having our own place. I have
found us a home, but am short on money due to trying
to take care of my family. My mother spends over $600
a month on medication. She has been off work for
several month's and has no insurance. So I am doing
what ever I can to try to take care of her and my
stepfather's needs as well as my growing teenager. We
have found a place I can afford once I get into it,
but I need help getting into it. I don't like to ask
for help, but I am desperate now. I have to get out of
the place I am staying now.
