So it looks as though I have torn one possibly two of my tendons in my wrist and damaged my ulnar nerve. With the brace the doctor gave me there is still tons of pain and without it the same. I have tried ice and heat and I'm taking Ibuprofen 800mg for the swelling and pain, but still it hurts any suggestions.
