Daddy
I remember the icy fealing,
the disbelief,
she had to be lying.
No words were spoken,
but the look on her face told me;
my Daddy was gone.
Tears fell unnoticed,
as I gasped for air.
Not realizing I had stopped breathing.
Only one thought came to mind...
My Daddy left me... Alone!
