CROCK POT STEW
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
2 large diced potatoes
4 sliced carrots
1 tablespoon minced onion
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 (46 oz) can tomato juice
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cover with juice. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Will be thick and rich.
