Crispy Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups French's® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions, divided
1 tbsp. chili powder
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup taco blend shredded cheese
Directions:
PLACE 1 cup French Fried Onions and chili powder in a plastic bag. Lightly crush onions with hands or with a rolling pin.
DIP chicken into egg; then firmly coat with seasoned onion crumbs. Place chicken on a baking sheet.
BAKE at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining onions. Let stand 2 minutes until cheese softens.
