| I got in trouble this past week..for coming across rudely to a coworker. I got talked to about it. Boss also mentioned that someone commented on me being on phone personally. We all make personal calls when we have free time..and we all have had it marked on our evaluations. Never use to be a problem but new boss is stricter and trying to get the floor under control. Anyways..since I had my eval i have made it very clear to family not to call me..i will call on lunch break. I only made one phone call and it was when I ate at the desk because noone was able to watch the desk. Anyways..I feel like i work with a bunch of backstabbers. Told boss I can't even trust anyone..so how can I be friendly to them? Shes saying I got to be personal..and to get past this feeling ..how do I ? |
