Your thinking why would you want to count calories? I have decided it's time for me to lose some weight and to do so I need to count my calorie in take! It can be so annoying at times. My aim is to have 1200 calories a day and today I ate over that amount! grrr @ me, so now tomorrow I have to do my studio cycling weather it's raining or not! my goal is to get back to the weight I was before I had kids, so here goes! I'm gonna try put my journey through all this on here and if not here then it'll be on my myspace!
