Part of the smoking ban in ohio will fine the person caught smoking in their own car for every non-smoker in the car when they get pulled over!
Now this part is completely retarded! This is basically giving the police a "blank check" to pull over anyone they want for nothing more than to see if anyone in the car is smoking!
This isn't the only bad part, they want it furthered to include your house as well!
