Ammendment 3:
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without consent of the Owner, nor in a time of War, but in a manner prescribed by law.
this one probably needs more of an historical explanation.
This ammendment was made because the english soldiers could just bust into a house and take it over any time they wanted. They could eat all the food, drink all the beer (And here's the sickest part) a lot of times they'd actually rape the eldest daughters of the owners. If we complained we were either shot, or thrown into jail.
We don't really have this problem today, but i'm still posting it because i said i'd post them all
