Right now it's 545pm PST
So I am confused. I recently met up with my ex fling, Cesar. Yup, well not met up per se, but he actually went to the bar I've been going to lately.
As the night progressed, I felt a presence or emotion of sorts, but it wasn't coming from me. Rather, it was radiating from him, and everyone around me picked up on the vibes. I don't know what time it was when I asked my friend Javier if he's having fun. He then told me, "sis, I think Cesar still likes you but he's being a pussy about it. Dude it's so obvious, don't you know that?" I gave Javi this weird look like forget you, I know he doesn't. So then I took Javier with me, and proceeded to ask my friend James. Well before I asked, I made a statement and repeated what Javier said, and that he thinks Cesar likes me, and this was James response, "You know Liz, I wouldn't put it past him. Look at him. He's a guy, no disrespect, but yeah I wouldn't put it past him."
I just said whatever and just continued to talk and mingle around friends. Cesar later sat on a bar stool, and insisted on placing his head on my right shoulder. I asked if he was feeling ok, and he said yes, thanks for being a good friend. I asked him again if something was wrong, and he said no, but he admitted to being a bit buzzed and I just stood there. Javier winked at me, implying he was right.
As the night progressed, Cesar moved to another place to be closer to our mutual friends, which was the stool that James was at before. So then Cesar and I were talking for a while, and he kept giving me some funny looks. Only those him and I shared at the beginning of our tryst. He asked me again why we stopped talking and if I was trying to get away from him. I told him I would rather not talk about it, but he insisted that we did. He took me inside the bar with him, so he could buy me a drink, and I told him to surprise me. Instead, he came back outside with me. James and him went to buy a couple of more drinks. So then Cesar went back outside to the same stool I was on, and James hit us up and asked how we were both doing. He tried to hint at something towards Cesar at this time, and then James said Cesar owed him a drink. I took out 10.00 and gave it to James, and he's like "oh, hell no, bro you better pay your chick back. Dude, I'm not taking the money, and Cesar said he'll pay me back. James said he better or else!
Don't I feel special? nope! Well yes, because I have very good friends who watch out for me and my best interests.
Anywho, Cesar wanted to grab a bit to eat, so we both left. He wanted me to spot him and promised to pay me back. I didn't want to eat, but he ordered something for me either way.
He noticed I was shivering b/c of the cold and wet weather. He unzipped his sweater and offered to cover me. I hesitated and stepped away. He kept getting closer to me until he covered me. He said I wasn't responding back and that I better cover up with him, so then I did. We talked about ourselves and caught up with each other's lives. Then he offered to cover me again and I declined. He then covered me! Aww, yes I know how cute! Hey it's the thought that counts, damnit!!!!
By this time I believe it's about close to 130ish or so right? He runs up to my car, and he knew right away which one it was. I told him I would take him back home. He leaned over and kissed me on the cheek, and on my forehead. He gave me this look, like he didn't want me to go. I took him home, I said hi to his father, and his father was happy and hugged me. I think he likes me for his son. Anywho, fast forward, I didn't leave his house until 215am, when the bar closed at 2am! Javier was waiting for me, but the good thing is my homegirl took him to get something to eat, so I met them at a mutual place so I could take Javier home.
I got home at about 2:45ish, I text both Javier and Cesar to let them know I was home. I was still in my car, and then what happens, my phone fell when I got out of the car. Good thing is I didn't have any hickies this time! whew!! 5:57pm

Sorry had to take a quick break. So I didn't drink too much. I went to sleep right after. I woke up with this strange feeling of confusion. Why do guys do that to me? I don't regret anything I did that night b/c it was meant to be whatever it was meant to be, if you catch my drift. So yes, that's my newest blog. It's not too full of suspense, but those are my thoughts! Hmm... *sighs* how am I going to act tomorrow at work when I see both Javier and Cesar at work.
