Inner Thoughts of Pain

Ok this is a new blog style im gona try, these blogs will be part of my book i am going to write. So here is what i would like to ask from those who read them. 1. Please comment and take note your comments will be part of the book that is why they are listed under community thoughts. Sign your post with the Initials/Location you want shown in my book.. IE J.S. Washington State, or J.W.S. George, WA 2. If you want to just comment to be nice, then please include (Do Not Add) at the end of your post. 3. I will create a new topic after i have 5 or more community additions that want to be in my book. Those that respond will be Shouted or PMed the new entry. So please pass this blog on if you post a responce to a few friends. ------ First topic... Inner pains, are sometimes called depression. They are at other instances called heart ache, and even deeper sometimes called a beast within. Well i guess we all need to recognize what our inner pain is. First its deeper then just a thought, its beyond the surface and unseen. It drives us mad, it digs into our souls. Yet its our heart that feels it the most. And when our heart hurts, our minds cloud our desions. For those who seek insight and want the pain to end. They first have to identify the pain, is it heart felt, or is it beyond the heart and mental? Are you creating it with your own mind, or are you blocking the true nature of the pain? Sometimes this is the hardest to identify. We block, We turn, We Run and we never face it head on. It becomes our own demon, one we chose not to face. However sometimes all it takes is a friend who can listen. to help us find the answer to what pain we have. Sometimes the act of letting it all out, brings a enlightenment to ourselfs that we have some how missed in the passing of time. It is funny how when we talk to another, we always try our best to remember in order how we came to where we are. We concentrate on time, and seconds as if all of them count. And when we do this, we tend to find the proper order of things, and relise that in our own minds, we had things out of order. So to identify your pain, to find the depression it creates sometimes all it takes is a willing ear to listen, to help us learn what we seek. For in all the world, the best way to learn, and understand is to be the teacher, which is what you are when you try to explain to another your pains. Follow your pains path, with anothers waiting ear, and more often then not, you will accomplish a understanding you have long since missed. And your inner thoughts of pain, the depression you feel will melt away or at least lesson in pain. So you may one day walk away from it, and count it as a learning memory of a long past day. (Let me clarify, this was written based off a blog i read on depression a little while ago lol... im not depressed just seemed like a interesting topic to write on... )
