i support our troops...my nephew just left a week ago to go back overseas. every night i think about him and all the other troops over there. i pray for all to come home safe and thank them for fighting for me.

On September 11th The Devil showed his hand It would change the lives we led And all that we had planned On September 11th So many ANGELS flew It would change our country The world would feel it too If you were a witness And could do no more than stare You still heard every cry for help You still heard every prayer If you were a victim The pain you had was real The burns and blooand trauma Forever you would feel If you were a HERO You ran straight into HELL The danger may have scared you But never could we tell Once there were two towers Butthey turned into beams Once there were I Love You's But they turned into screams The Fireman and Police So many of them lost But to them each life they save Makes it worth the cost Never backing up or down This is what they do best Breaking down the doors of HELL Earning their ANGEL crest So to each and every one of them May we bow our heads and pray We will remember your fight with HELL And all the victims of that day With the RESPECT that you deserve As ANGELS you fly higher Thank GOD that you protect us From DEVILS, HELL and FIRE Thank you to all of the heroes that were found and born that day. As well as the ones that have brought us this far and take us into tomorrow. Our thoughts are with you always. And for the victims of 9/11...Godspeed Mike O. 3/18/08

why is it that people in the UNITED STATES get to say and do what they want to? is it because that the people who live here are free? why is it that so many people want to come to america? so that they can have a better life for their families and themselves? of course it is,, anyone who says that it isn't this way,,well they are just liars. but do these people and some people realize why the USA is free? its because of the brave. yes,, that is the reason,,its because of the men and women that serve in all of the armed forces,, it doesn't matter what they do,,they are doing something for you and i and all of us ,,,so that we CAN have a free america. people who spit at our troops and mock them, and do not support them,, i have a question for you. why do you live here in the USA? you could leave here and go live somewhere else so that you dont have to know anything about our armed forces or you could live here and JUST SHUT YOUR MOUTHS AND NOT SAY A WORD ABOUT OUR MEN AND WOMEN who provide you with the very freedom you so love. you people who do this are hypocrites,, you piss and moan about our armed forces but you wont leave this country. wake the hell up,, dont you see that without these amazing men and women who throughout the ages have been to war , it was for all of us.,, so that we can live free and do what we want. how would you like it if you were told that you couldn't wear a certain color, or you cant drink or enjoy a family party? would you like that? of course not!! and i can make a bet and i know i would win,, if america ever had to be doomed to not having our freedom you very people ,non supporters would be moaning well how come the army, the air force, the navy or the marines aren't doing anything. grrrrrrr you people,,open your eyes, most of us dont like that our men and women are at war and we may not totally agree with why we are there , buuuuuuuuuuut dam it the men and women should have your support,,they deserve it. we get up here in america, and go on our way and the worst thing we may have to deal with is heavy traffic or what am i going make for dinner. we have clean water, we can take a bath at 3:00 am if we wanted to, we can choose to call in and not go to work, we can spit on the sidewalk if we want and why? why? because of these fearless , unselfish,dedicated, amazing people. i wish the people who didn't support our troops could go and do the jobs they do, have done and are going to do. you would cry like babies and beg not to leave this country.you would piss your pants if one day you had to go and just get dumped in a country you knew nothing about and then walk the streets were you could get shot at, you could loose your life.. you would never come home and if you did it could be in a casket , never seeing the face of a loved one or how about never seeing your new baby, or and they never seeing you. do you non supporters ever really stop and think,,seriously!!! you have protests and sit ins and whatever else attention getting scheme you can think of, but OMG , don't you get it! you can do all these with no fear because of the very people you dont support. i wish for one day that you could go without anything you wanted or just felt like having,, you would complain and be irriitable all day. these men and women are willing to give up everything, families, friends and their own lives and you have the nerve to not support them and have harsh things to say about them. if you can't say anything nice then just shut up! if you can't at least support them then get the hell out! i will tell you ,,if you were to stand in front of me, and say anything bad about any of these awesome kickass people,, you better run,, and let me catch you,oooooooo please let me catch you!!!! to all of the men and women of the armed forces,, i thank you for everything,,you are and will always be amazing to me!! may angels watch over every step you take till you are home and safe!!!!

THEY have no 8 hour days THEY work all night into the day and all day into the night THEY are awakened and ready in THEIR clothes in a moments notice THEIR work clothes are not fashionable and may not even be clean THEY are full of dust and dirt from last time and weigh more then 100lbs THEY wear this 100lbs plus up hills, down hills,on and through any kind of terrain and weather THEY are out in the field for days at a time THEY survive on rations or what THEY can retrieve from THEIR surroundings snakes, crickets, roaches, any type of nourishment THEY can get to fuel THEIR bodies so THEY can keep going to finish THEIR mission or what so many of THEM call "just THEIR job" there are no fancy restaurants no comfortable chairs or favorite table where THEY eat THEIR meals not even a old beat up hot dog vender's cart water may not be tasted or in reach for days not only do THEY have the weight of THEIR clothes on THEM THEY also have the mental strain of worry for THEIR families THEY left behind for THEIR brother's and sister's that THEY stand with and all of america THEIR bodies along with THEIR minds are strong THEIR minds never shut down always alert always aware most men would crumble under this kind of stress not THEM they are strong THEY are ready both in mind and body THEIR spirit though sometimes bruised and stretched to the limit is never broken exhausted,hungry,and thirsty THEY still go on THEY will do this till others come to releieve THEM or THEY die there are no words written or spoken that can fully describe THEM AWESOME,AMAZING,ROCK SOLID, DETERMINED, COURAGEOUS and STRONG are just a few if you are wondering who THEY THEM and THEIR are let me tell you THE MEN and WOMEN OF THE ARMED FORCES SUPPORT THEM SHOW THEM THEY ARE THOUGHT OF AND NOT FORGOTTEN SHOW THEM YOU APPRECIATE THEM AND ALL THAT THEY DO!!!
