I have been waiting for BBQ season to fire up the grill since we moved into a bigger house last summer. I bought all of the fixin's to make sure we had a great feast for Memorial Day. Problem is....my hubby....the midnight fridge raider....has taken out the baked beans....cole slaw....and has eaten the potatoes earmarked for the potato salad. All I have now are the ribs and steaks. Should I...serve up the meat...and invite over more friends and have them bring sides???...Or...should I try to improvise with what's left???
