The code above is for making a hyperlink, opening it in a new tab.  Place your cursor in the middle of the first set of "" right click and paste the web address or link to profile you want it to open it should look like this

Then from an image hosting site copy the direct link for the image you want to use and again paste it between the secon set of ""  
it should now look like this

then copy the entire code you just made and paste it in your about me section and save, you can also use this code to leave profile comments
