What is the Flexible Approach to using the Cinch™ Inch Loss Plan? What is the Structured Plan?

A - The Cinch Success Guide describes two different approaches to using Cinch™ the Flexible Approach (pp. 7-10) and the Structured Plan (pp. 11-12). Either one can work well for you, and although the number of food servings may be slightly different between the two meal planning methods, both have been designed to help you to get the proper amount of calories and approximately 40% of calories from carbohydrate, 30% of calories from protein and 30% of calories from fat.

Flexible Approach
The Food Serving and Portion Control Guidelines in the Success Guide (p. 7 - Flexible Approach) are intended for use by those who want a more flexible meal planning approach. Eating the number of servings from each food group in combination with the 2 Cinch Shakes and 1 Cinch Bar each day provides an approximate amount of desirable calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate. Keep in mind that the 2 Shakes and 1 Bar each day are already calculated into your plan, when you use this chart. You do not need to calculate the servings consumed for the Shakes and the Bar- only the additional foods you eat during the remainder of the day. This is the Flexible Approach, and it is outlined on pp. 7-10 of the Success Guide.

Structured Plan
Starting on p. 11, the Success Guide provides an overview of the pre-designed meal plans in the Cinch Coach CD, also available on CinchClub.com, which have undergone complete nutrition analysis (Structured Plan). The amount of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates have been specifically calculated. If you choose to use Cinch Coach, the Success Guide provides a brief description of how the plans that will be created for you through the program are structured.
