Greatest Day
A new light has been seen in my eyes I can see a woman I will never despise She looks at me and cries 15 years old is not to young mommy I am a good baby She hands me off to a nurse I see my mommy as they take me away I dont know where I will be going today I see an older man and lady They look very happy I move and feel the love They are taking me home and I will grow up 25 years old and I can see that I was adopted I wish I knew the woman who loved me so much She could live her life knowing I was better off I sit in a hospital hallway today I see many people walking by me today I wish one day I could meet the lady who gave me away My new wife is about to deliver The greatest gift I will have ever I see the doctor walk in She is going to deliver my baby in a few minutes I go in and i see my beautiful wife in pain I know for sure she would never give her baby away SHe pushes and breathes I can feel her every pain I wish I could take it away Finally the beautiful baby is born The doctor hands her to my wife She says it looks like my son I look at her in complete surprise I said mom did you give me up for adoption Because now I am 25 She looks at me with a tear She said your as beautiful as I dreamed you would be I said please now dont ever leave me This doctor just delivered her grandchild Said this was her greatest day and just smiled ----------------------------------
