"Do you know the Christmas secret hidden in a cup of tea?"
I was asked by Grandma as she served a cup to me.
"Each teacup's a reminder of the never-ending love
in which our lives are crafted by CREATOR up above.
For teacups are just lumps of clay shaped by the POTTER'S hands,
then put inside a fiery kiln to complete HIS master plan.
That's how clay is wholly changed, made stronger by the heat.
In that same way I've found that HE makes you & me complete.
The things we fear and struggle with, the troubles we walk through,
help make us strong and beautiful in what we say and do."
So, I recall my Grandma when I sip my Christmas tea
and how, through love, HE'S the mightiest 'teacup,' HE made you and me.
