| So wanted to come to you guys for some input. My sister's husband was recently taken back to court for child support. He has two kids prior to my five-year-old nephew. He's a really good dad and is always on time when it comes to paying child support. He does lots of extras for his kids including buying all their school clothes, takes care of all their co-pays and spoiling them when he has them every other weekend. The problem is his ex wants to suck more money out of him. She got her way recently when they took his part-time job on the side as extra income and socked him with double child support payments. Now him and my sister are paying out more then they are taking in. He has had this extra job for several years and just now he is being punished for it. My question to you is does he have a fighting chance by getting a lawyer or is the court in her favor? This woman doesn't work and lives off medicaid yet has a job under the table. She has also been in prison. Thanks |
