Makes: 4 servings, 1 cup each
1 can (10 oz.) chunky diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
DRAIN tomatoes, reserving liquid. Add enough hot water to reserved liquid to measure 1-3/4 cups; set aside. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium-high heat 5 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
ADD Shell Macaroni, tomatoes and the tomato liquid mixture; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 9 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender. Remove from heat.
STIR in Cheese Sauce and sour cream until well blended. Sprinkle with shredded cheese; cover. Let stand 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
