Today is going to be rough. It started out like every Saturday of mine with busted plans leading to me doing my same old thing. Which spurred me to make changes.
If you are an old MS friend or an even closer, personal friend, you will know of my personal relationship I have been in for the last 3 years. A very up and down one that wasnt leading to a happy ending. Well, today was that ending. I decided it was time for me to open up my life and heart to new and hopefully better days.
Once again I have ended a relationship because she wasnt able to give all I was needing and willing to give to what makes for a lasting, loving life spent together. I do not fault her for her actions. She had prior obligations to her children and I knew that in the beginning.
We all know that fucked up feeling inside when you have to walk away from someone that has influenced your life for such a long period of time and the uncertainty of that which lies ahead. The sorrow in having to break a heart and move on without them.
Optimism must prevail in knowing that what lies ahead will bring greater joy and a happier life. One that isnt as lonely while living a close relationship as before.
So know I'm going to take it easy, but still continue to live my life as we all must. There is a beautiful world out there with many friends, new and old to share it with. Which are my plans.
Its time to sit back and be consoled by lil Suz. She is calling me out to play in our rainforest that has only one chair.
