I've just moved to London from the USA, I'm half Scottish, with a little Hispanic, Amer. Indian, and Greek. I traveled around the world while growing up, which gave me some unique gifts. One is the ability to adjust myself to fit-in, or to meet the standards or expectations others set. This gives me the ability to get along with anyone, so enemies are rare to me. I guess it also creates a problem for me, I tend to let people take advantage of me. That bothers me most, but I'm learning how to protect myself. I have to think situations out to benefit myself as well, I'm told it's called a win/win situation. I don't like having problems, instead I view them as challenges. I like meeting new people and socializing, but I also enjoy some peace and quiet now and then. Respect and honesty mean a lot to me, as do both family and true friends. I try to be realistic and open-minded, because every situation has several points of view. Though I'm not keen with taking orders from people, I still consider myself a good listener. I treat people how I expect to be treated. My feelings play a big part in my life, so I try very hard to understand the feelings of others. I enjoy talking openly, and expressing my feelings, otherwise the lack of communication prevents others from knowing how we really feel. This leads to guess work, a crystal ball, or mind reading. And I'm not good with any of them choices. I guess there's 3 types of people, those who make things happen, others who watch things happen, and the rest who wonder what just happened. I want to make things happen, and I want it to be a win/win situation.... What type are you? Now ask yourself, What do you want? Hopefully we'll talk, it's a start.
