My car is 10 years old with 70,00 + miles on it. I have always used synthetic oil, plan to continue. But my friend was told her older cars needs a blend. I am thinking this is for a car that has never used synthetic oil. Yes? No?

So my question is : is a synthetic blend better for an older car or should she go full synthetic? Or stay with what she has always sed?
