Does this Sound Good As A Contract For Selling My Car?
I Allison E****, Agree to Pay Shawn S**** $900.00 as a one time down payment for a White 4 Door Nissan Altima (VIN# ). Car Is In 100% working order at time of sale, hence making sale AS IS with NO guarantee, nor warranty.
**Vehicle needs new tires, however I (Shawn S***) will be supplying the buyer with adequate tires upon receipt of down payment.**
There is a remaining balance of $900.00 For a total of $1800.00. This balance is to be paid for by monthly payments of $200.00 for 4 Months and the last payment being $100.00. All Payments are to be accepted CASH only. One key, and title will be transferred to myself (Allison E****), upon receipt of $900.00 down payment. In the event of any damages and or mechanical errors, willful or not, on my part before full payments are made, I agree to still pay my remaining balance.
As A Personal Favor by the seller (Shawn S****) I will allot a Grace Period on the remaining balance of $900.00 as follows:
Once down payment is received, a minimum of $200.00 is required on the one month anniversary of receipt, with a $200.00 reoccurring payment on each 1 month anniversary of such date. That will be approximately 5months of payments total from original down payment. I Shawn Strickland am Allowing 6 months to complete payments in the event of any financial difficulty. If after 7 months of unsuccessful payments, I Shawn Strickland Will Re-Po Said vehicle without any refunds.
A receipt shall be issued and signed by both the buyer and seller of said vehicle upon all receipts of payments. Receipt numbers will also be recorded on the original signed copy of this contract as well as dated.
Note: Please be respectful and honest, as to what you think is helpful. I don't want to have any loopholes in this contract as the buyers boyfriend is a slick and smooth ass-hat lol. In Essence I am asking .. would u sign this if I proposed it as a contract between YOU and I? |
