mum expired. [EVERYONE]

I cant decide weather to cut my hair or leave it...My hair is pretty much at my waist and I like it but it gets in the way a lot. If i cut it short it will be shoulder length but I cant do much with it. If I trim it i will only be taking 3 in or so off. So should I cut it or leave it long or should i just trim it? Also plz molest my buttons going for 2500 likes
