I have always loved my bed. I love sleeping and dreaming. Having been a pro singer for 12 years or so, I enjoy my lie-ins too!. But having ahd a day job for 18 months, I am able to survice on 5 hours sleep. One downside is that I do struggle with energy levels sometimes and often spend the whole of Saturday in bed,

I wish I coudl survice on 5 hours sleep a night every night.

Can you function with less than 6 hours sleep?
