1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cajun spice
6-8 drops hot pepper sauce
6 c. Crispix cereal
3 c. Cheez It, bite size crackers
2 c. broken pretzel sticks
4 oz. can shoe string potatoes
12 oz. mixed nuts
Melt butter over low heat, stir in all spices and hot sauce. Pour over cereal, pretzels, nuts and potatoes. Mix until well coated. Bake in 250 degree oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
Note: Add more cayenne pepper and pepper sauce if you like it really HOT.
