Yields 2 quarts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp pure maple syrup
2 cups half & half
2 cups whipping cream, unwhipped
Ice Cream Maker Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans, butter and maple syrup. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Freezer Instructions
1. Omit half & half and whip whipping cream. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans, butter and maple. Mix well. Fold in whipping cream.
2. Pour into 9x5" loaf pan and cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
