Called a local butcher shop to get some info on beef for my deep freezer. I had no idea at the variety of different packages I could buy. I was informed that I could save even more money by having my own cow butchered. I think I can get my two sisters to go in with me on the purchase and butchering cost. Then split the meat for our families. I worry about getting family involved in this. Past deals have gone sour. So should I buy for myself or go into it with my two sisters.
