Our Juggalo Cleanup Crew included 11 kids, two moms and a grandma. These are kids who get jumped by gangs, hassled by administrators and eyeballed by police for simply walking down the street. School officials have told them that if they continue hearing rumors of these kids being the target of gangs, that they, themselves, will be classified as a gang. They are not a gang. They are all fans of the same music group and other bands on said groups record label. They do not smoke, drink, or drug. They do not involve themselves in crime. These are my kids. One of them is my son. I know their names, and what they're up to. Well, they gathered together in such a way this passed Saturday, to participate in Keep America Beautiful's Great American Cleanup and I took these pictures to show the world that THESE are the kids who DO care about themselves and their community.
