Wt. in Kg = ml/hr NS --------------------------------------- 4 Give this amount over the first 8 hours Give an equal amount over the next 16 hours Example: 20% burned area, pt. weighs 70 Kg: 20x70 = 1400 = 350 ml/hr for 8 hours.
