Broken Soul
It is not the pain of a broken heart any more but the pain of not feeling like you were good enough. The heart has healed but now the soul is broken. How could someone tell you that you were there life and they could never love another the way they love you then turn around in less then four months and ask the hand of another. Why does this person feel the need to make sure you know about it and rub it in your face? Did this person not really love you? Does this person even know the meaning of love? Do you even deserve to ever find that true love? Have you been such a bad person that you do not deserve to find that true one? Why once again have you allowed someone to use your kindness against you? Is your kindness your weakness? Will anyone ever not use it against you? Is there anyone in this world that will appreciate you and your heart and not take advantage of it? If not for your daughter and your friends would you even have the strength to keep going on?
