What are you waiting for?

September 12, 2007 After yesterday I am still feeling blue. 6 years ago yesterday is a day I will never forget for the rest of my life. And I am sure no one else will either. But on the other note of "Bring them home" what can we do to get our government to listen to us? How many more lives must get ruined to fix this so called terror plot against America? I am tired of all the blood shed. Enough is enough! But you will have people say"If they pull the troops out it will make them look like cowards." I say bullshit! I feel that they have served this country with the best of there ability and knowledge. Children are growing up with out their parents. Marriages are falling apart. Men and women are fighting for our country and yes they may have signed up free willing but, you can't work everyone to death. Each and everyone needs a long break for there on piece of mind. I heard that vietnam vets were discouraged from seeking mental health it would look bad for the military. I say if you need it seek it. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. All my love and support go out to our soliders. I am still missing my special friend and its going on four months now. I have only one picture of Kevin, and its in my main photos. I am sorry that this is so long and that I seem to be ranting and raving. And maybe some people will think I am stupid. No I didn't serve in the military but I tried to go at one point when I was younger and couldn't because of medical issues. But I stand 100% behind our military. I think in my opinion that most are tired of this war. But they must listen to their boss, for what that is worth. I am not political to any extreme. Hell, I don't even know that I am political at all. Let me know your opinons. All that I ask is you keep it nice and no jumping my ass. Thanks for listening. I will shut up now.

Missing my friend

Well here it is August 31, 2007. I havent heard from my friend Kevin in almost three months now I think. He is in Iraq but I am not quite sure where. We met on a site called book of matches in October of 2004 and have been friends since. I never dreamed with a transfer to Hawaii that he would ever go to Iraq. Now he is there and I am here. I am hoping that everything is okay. I want each and everyone one of you that are proud of our service people to let them know. I am very proud of my friend Kevin and all of those I am friends with on here that serve in the Military! I may not be thrilled with our government, but I am proud of you. God Bless and have a safe return!
