But in order to get the $300 million, you have 30 days to spend $30 million dollars.
You can't tell anyone about the money, you can't own anything with the money, and you must provide receipts for every transaction.
You're only allowed to give as much as 10% of the $30 million away, regardless of the form of charity/philanthropy.
