My science teacher used to say "Energy is neither created, nor destroyed; & no system can give off an unlimited supply of energy to its surroundings without an external energy source."
So what I'm hearing is that: my energy is never created nor destroyed, I only channel my energy into other forms, like being happy, sad, frustrated, working hard, or being lazy.... & my support systems keep me going. Which explains why people are prone to depression or prone to death, if lonely.... And all I see is science proving that we are social beings and that we really need each other after all... So pay no mind to the fact that you came into this world alone & that you're ultimately leaving alone because you're not living alone.... And why treat others badly if in a sense, we're part of 1 body, which means that whatever you do to others will eventually affect you whether you know it or not....
Yea, we all have our days, but it's so important to remember that WE ALL have our days not just you... So be fair and kind to others so that when your energy is pretty "down" and low someone may remember what kind of energy you usually give off & in return they give you positive energy, which may or may not help you channel your negative into a positive....
