| Well here goes my first blog entry on here, its sooo strange to put it all out there for the whole world to read, well, i'm a vegan, i started about 5 months ago. I have lost 40 pounds so far, and i've gotten rid of a high cholesterol and my sugar even went down too, and my overall health and metabolism has increased immensly. I am letting as many people know to go to vegsource.com to find out about what im up to with that. My daughter has started her cheerleading for her first year and shes doing well, so i might be off to florida in dec for nationals. Wish her luck, shes the one in my pictures on my profile.
