(How To) Proper MuMMing^™

This blog was created to be a Guide as well to explain and give better knowledge to both the MuMMing Community and anyone wishing to create a MuMM and not have it flagged for improper use (ie. Mumm Deletion / Mumm Suspension).

This Guide will include what MuMM stands for, how it works to benefit the member, how to deal with inappropriate content and explain the different categories of the MuMMing process.

MuMM Guidelines

What is a MuMM?
- The word MuMM stands for (Make Up My Mind). It is comprised of a poll that can better help someone with a decision he/she cannot make by themselves. The member simply asks a community of members a question to see which answer would be best for that member to look forward to.
What are the functions of a MuMM?
- MuMMs come in four different categories (Everyone, Friends, NSFW Everyone and NSFW Friends).
  How these functions work goes like this:
  - An Everyone Mumm is commonly known as a Global Mumm being that its sent to every member on Fubar.
  - A Friends Mumm is posted only to the members on your friends list
  - An NSFW Everyone is a mumm that is posted as a Global Mumm but follows within the NSFW Guidelines.
  - An NSFW Friends Mumm is again only posted to the members on your friends list but can fall within the NSFW Guidelines.
What would cause a MuMM to be flagged or deleted?
- Flagged MuMMS: The reasons a MuMM can be flagged are:
  - The content of the MuMM did not reflect on the meaning.
  - The answers were totally different from the MuMMs question.
  - The MuMM had no relevance to actually helping the member.
  - The MuMM would have constitued a repeated poll question.
- Deleted MuMMS:
  - The content of the MuMM did not go along with the NSFW policies.
  - The MuMM was to graphic for the MuMM viewers.
  - The MuMM involved pornographic material not suitable for Fubar.
What can be left in a MuMM comment?
- MuMM comments are to be mostly moderated by the MuMM Owner. The comments do fall under the NSFW Guidelines so dually note that if the comment does have NSFW Content(ie. pornographic images,etc...) they will be moderated by a Bouncer, but anything else will be moderated by that particular MuMMs Owner.
Can a MuMM be deleted because of a NSFW comment?
- A MuMM being flagged is usually flagged for the above sequences. A MuMM will not be typically deleted because of the content of the MuMMs comments(since Comments can be deleted).
What is the Difference between a MuMM and a Poll? And can you please list the difference in an example??
- The difference is a MuMM is there to help make up the members mind about a certain subject while a poll is there to have the MuMMing community decide in what is best. Examples will be listed below of a true MuMM and a Poll.

Now that everyone has a general idea of what a MuMM and a Poll will look like please keep in mind to follow the terms of the MuMM Creation Page.

Also please keep the MuMM Comments Clean as this can result in you losing commenting abilities for repeated infractions.
