1. Anyone that asks for beads gets beads.
Pretty simple huh. If someone asks nicely for beads they get beads even if they don't want to flash* for you.(they don't have to be your best beads)
2. Be friendly and polite.
Again pretty simple. If your asking strangers to flash* for you you should be nice about it.
3. A friend with beads is a friend with needs. (or something like that).
If a dude asks you for some beads to hand out and you have beads to spare hook a brother up(3 to 6 strands is fair or more if they give you some cash). Also if he is pressuring his girlfriend to flash* you might want to give him a few bead tip(or give her some extra if he's a dick).
4. If someone flashes* you for beads, give them some beads weather you wanted them to flash* you or not(see rule one).
If they are by some chance not up to your standard of beauty, now is not the time to tell them(see rule 2). Just say thanks, wish them a happy Mardi Gras and move on. I am including this because I have seen to many guys that think their beads are to good to give to just anyone. They are just plastic baubles buddy hand them out and start smiling.
5. Flashing* is not an invitation to poke prod or jostle the merchandise! Flashing* is a spectator sport not a hands on experience.
