For those of you... who like me might have ever lost the love of your life to another for reasons unknow, heres a little number from a time gone by. Sometimes unconditional love might just not be just enough.

I'm not often one for giving credit where its due but I have to say a big fair play to ya to Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova on the occasion of their winning of an Oscar for their song Falling Slowly. As with every Irish person we are quick to acknowledge and join in with individual success as if we had won it ourselves. I don't think the pair have received the recognition or accolades they should for their achievement so this is just my own little personal tribute to them both. Anyway here it is as performed for the Sundance Film Festival.. Ireland wins an Oscar Enjoy

Has it really been 30 years since this preformance. Its one of the first musical preformances I remember ever seeing as a child and its as good today and blows most of todays music right out of the water. What do you think?? Heres Elvis Costello and the Attractions from 1978. Enjoy!!!
