How sad is my life.... We needed some stuff from the store esp with the ball coming up on saturday so I decided to go to walmart. But not wanting to drag the whole fam damily along opted to go at 8:30 last night. the 8yr old had a fit cuz i wouldn't take her but the 3 yr old was peacefully snoozing in his bed. Let the hubby know I was leaving and out the door i went. As I was leaving the base I was amazed by the sense of freedom i felt. I could have my radio on any station in the truck, window down, singing to something other than kiddie songs. I was able to take my time in the store, not rush thru cuz the kids were cranky. I was gone for an hour and a half and it felt great! How sad my life has become that a solo trip to wallyworld is the highlight of my day. Maybe this is a sign that i have been to intent on my family's needs and not my own. Oh well.

Ok so this is my first blog post. Let me catch you up on my life. If you read my profile you'll already know that I'm a Navy wife. And if you know anything about the military you realize that we don't stay in one place for very long. We have been stationed in Gulfport for a little over 2 years. On New Year's Eve we FINALLY got our orders to San Diego cut. So now I am in the planning stages of our big move. So many things to plan and arrange........it's really a headache. But I am soooo excited about going to Cali. If any San Diego cherries out there have any recomendations for me about that lovely city send me a message! So, approx 4 months to go and I can't wait!
