So I've hit a plateau in my bench pressing progress. I've been doing an excellent strength building program called StrongLifts.... Seems to be awesome for everything but the damn bench press.
I've hit a weight that I can't seem to increase... I back off a bit, and don't have any trouble with 5-10 pounds less but as soon as I hit the other magic number, I can't make ANY progress.
Should I stick with stronglifts or switch programs? Maybe a Bro can recommend something else? |
