Well, I FINALLY starting to workout!! 1st time in FOREVER!! So, being a beginner,I'm not using too heavy of weights on the machines yet... My friend & I go together (I have NO way of gettin there otherwise) & she crapped out after about 30 min! Shouldn't be longer & often? Wats the average amount of times 2go anyway?. so hopefully she does better next time & makes it soon!.. Ok.. I wanna know wat is the best thing I can do between visits.. & how long should I start with to do any kind of exercising as well.. Need simple but also will burn a good amount of calories...
