What are you waiting for?
Well, I've been back over here for about 7 months now. Just returning from my first R&R and have discovered that I no longer belong anywhere. I have no one and all the things that I've bought mean absolutely nothing to me. I know that it's my own damned fault and that just makes it suck even more.
The thing is, I thought that the old way of life would be what would sustain me. Come to find out, it doesn't nor will it. One night stands and just traveling around the country/world are not, it seems, what I really want or need. I miss not haveing someone to come home to. Someone to be able to share in my "adventures" with. And yeah, someone to hold at night when it's time to call it a day. Who knows if that's really what it'll take, but right now that's what I feel like I really need to make me feel whole again. Of course, there's always religion, lol.
