What you need:
4 tablespoons Market Pantry Butter™, softened
2 tablespoons Tassos(tm) Black Olive Bruschetta Topping
4 tablespoons diced roasted red peppers
4 (6 ounce) pieces Sutton & Dodge(tm) Filet Mignon
Archer Farms(tm) Steak Seasoning

What you do:
1 Preheat broiler or grill.
2 Combine butter, black olive bruschetta topping and peppers in a small bowl and mash together with a fork to combine well. Season to taste with black pepper.
3 Brush steaks with a little olive oil and season liberally on both sides with Archer Farms steak seasoning.
4 Grill or broil steaks to desired doneness.
5 While steaks are still hot, top each steak with a dollop of prepared butter and serve as it melts over the steak.
