Ok, I have been playing guitar for a year now. I am for the most part terrible in my eyes. Several people say that I am good though, I can't believe it.
A few days ago I was at a friend's house and we were all playing guitar. One of the guys left because he had some stuff he needed to do. When he left everyone else convinced me to to play bass. After a few minutes of getting acquainted with the bass, we started working on the song they wanted to record. I did really well, especially keeping time. *If you knew me you would realize I have no rhthym whatsoevery*. They sent it to Bassist and he hasn't spoke to me since then. I am afraid I hurt his pride a bit, but I don't know what to do.
