Ingredients
1/2 lb. orzo pasta
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsps. fresh basil, finely chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
Instructions
Cook orzo in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain well. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered. Stir in remaining ingredients and pepper to taste.
